This product is a plasticizer and non-toxic. Mainly used as a plasticizer for polyvinyl chloride, it can give products good flexibility. Due to its relatively low cost and good processability, it is widely used in China, almost equivalent to DOP. However, due to its high volatility and water extractability, the durability of the product is poor, and its use should be gradually restricted. This product is an excellent plasticizer of nitrocellulose, with strong gel ability. Used for nitrocellulose coatings, it has excellent softening effect, stability, and adhesion. This product can also be used as polyvinyl acetate, alkyd resin, ethyl cellulose, natural and synthetic rubber, as well as organic glass and plasticizer.
